I
did not receive my plan, how can I get it?
Plans are available for you to download for 2 hours after purchase.
Information for downloading the plan is provided in your browser after
your purchase, and also in a separate email to the address used during
your Checkout.
f you were unable to download the plan in that time you will need to
contact us as soon as possible after your purchase and provide us
your Order Number so that we can reauthorize your download.
2. I am unable to view a page in your plan, or it is not
printing correctly.
If your having problems viewing your plan be sure you are
using a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader; The current version of
Acrobat Reader, is available here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
It is possible your file could have been corrupted during the download
process. You need to check the readability of the .pdf file after you've
downloaded it.
If you believe the file is corrupted, contact us as soon as
possible after your purchase and provide us your Order Number so
that we can reauthorize your download.
3. Can I modify the plan I
purchased?
It
is perfectly acceptable to make any modifications you want to the
project or plan. Please note though that
you are responsible for the modifications and accuracy of your
measurements.
4. What do I do if I need a refund on a plan or I ordered a
wrong plan.
Please be aware that are plans are electronic media and are
non-returnable because of the nature of the product.
If you did make a
mistake in ordering please contact us at

5. Can I sell the products that I make from your plans?
You are free to sell and distribute as many items as you like from
our plan that you make. You do
not need to pay us anything for the items you make or any form
of royalty.
What you cannot
do is print multiple copies of our plans for re-distribution,
resale, friends or others.
US copyright laws protect our
plans and only copying under the
'Fair Use'
standard is allowed.
6. What if I can’t find the plan I want on your
site?
The only plans we carry
are the ones shown on our site. A good source of other plans are

which features over 2,000 plans both free and $$.
7. What's your policy regarding privacy
of personal information?
It
is the policy of BestPlansOnline to respect the privacy of
its customers and the people doing business through its service.
As such, all information collected will not be sold,
distributed, or bartered in any way to another party, or entity.
